Therapy for Creatives

As a creative, do you often feel overwhelmed by the pressure to continuously express yourself and produce groundbreaking work? Whether you're creating or supporting others, working in a creative field can be both stressful and challenging. As a former entertainment industry executive and artist manager, I truly understand the unique demands of this industry.

Let’s work together to identify and navigate the emotional and interpersonal challenges you face, while finding a healthier work/life balance. I take a systemic, emotion-focused approach to therapy, integrating CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) or DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) techniques when applicable to help you build resilience and emotional well-being.

I am also a proud member of the Music Industry Therapist Collective, a global network of clinicians dedicated to providing mental health support to individuals in the music industry. The collective addresses the unique stressors faced by everyone from touring musicians to record label executives. Through one-on-one therapy, group meetings, and workshops, we work to foster mental wellness and provide a safe space for those struggling in the music community. By focusing on the specific needs of those in the industry, we are able to offer tailored support to help you navigate challenges and thrive.
