Are you struggling with constant worry and anxiety that's affecting your relationships and quality of life? You're not alone - anxiety disorders affect 40 million adults each year in the US, according to Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA) . Symptoms can include excessive worry, fear, and physical symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, sweating, and trembling. I have experience working with anxiety and extensive training in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and exposure and response prevention techniques to help manage symptoms and improve daily functioning.
